A Couple Days in DC

Back when our family was in town, we spent two fun days in Washington D.C. The first was with Nana and Grandpa. We went to the American History Museum which was very interesting and fun!

Grandpa and the girls went in a simulator through Outer Space

And getting up close with the Washington Monument (the scaffolding is almost down!)

Then, right after Christmas, Uncle Bobby, Aunt Ami, Jack and Luke got into town. We all spent another day in D.C. This time we just wanted to see all of the popular sights, so we walked around a bit and got on a bus ride that took us all around the city. It was a great day!

We also spent a rainy morning at The Air & Space Museum right near our house. It is a huge hangar with all kinds of aircraft. We had a lot of fun walking around checking everything out!

We even got to see the Space Shuttle. Very cool!

Back at home, we helped Nana make a new apron with all of the kids' handprints on it.
