Happy Valentine's Day!

Sorry, I forgot to share our Valentine's Day picture. Here are the girls with their new valentine's shirts on, holding their new valentine's stuffed animals, showing off the beautiful valentine's cake that they made. Hope everyone had a Happy Hearts day!!

The Blizzard of 2013

You may have heard that we got a little bit of snow this weekend.  School was cancelled on Friday in anticipation of the storm. The Governor declared a driving ban from 4 pm Friday until 4 pm Saturday. If you were caught driving you would go to jail for a year and face serious fines! Fortunately, we did not lose power so we just bunkered down and watched the snow fall! And of course, we had our camera ready. Enjoy!

 The "Before" Picture.  This was taken on Friday at 11:00 am. We were on our way to Klem's for some wood for the fireplace. We knew things were serious when Klem's didn't have any popcorn!

 Our measurement at 10 a.m. was 27 inches but it was still snowing at that point!! The News reported that Spencer got 31 inches!!
