Avery's 6th Birthday!

Avery's Sixth Birthday was full of family, friends, and lots and lots of fun! Nana and Grandpa and Gramma and Grampa were all her for her birthday, along with Alex and Stacy, and Kailey, Ryan and Brady. Luckily, it snowed just in time for her birthday, so all of the kids were able to sled and play in the snow in the morning. They had a blast! Then her party was in the afternoon. She decided to have a gymnastics party this year at Giguere's and she invited all of the kids from her class. As you'll see from the pictures, the kids all had a blast jumping, climbing, balancing, tumbling, etc., etc.
A little parachuting to start things off!

Avery showing everyone how it's done!
I'm not too sure about this move

And the Balance Beam

The looong table of party-goers!
Avery had to cover her ears as her friends , literally, screamed "Happy Birthday" to her!
Blowing out the candles on her cute Hello Kitty cake
Time for presents!
Her birthday was so crazy that she had to wait until the day after to open presents from family, but it was worth the wait!

Christmas 2011

As always, we had such a wonderful Christmas this year. We always have so much fun with all of the preparation and the days leading up to Christmas. And then, of course, Christmas itself is so much fun! Here are some of our favorite pictures.
Sierra and Avery having some fun making Christmas cookies!

Sierra "performing" at her school program (She, admittedly, was a little shy about singing during the show, but she looked adorable in her Rudolph dress)
Waking up to LOTS of presents Christmas Morning!
Avery showing off some of her awesome gifts
After Santa had come and gone, Elvis the Elf had left the building, and all of the presents here were unwrapped and played with, we went to Pennsylvania for Round Three of Christmas.
Santa made a surprise visit to Gramma and Grampa's with some presents he had forgotten to leave for them at home. This was their reaction as he walked in the door.
And here they are sitting on his lap.
